Stickah Pro
Your photos and stickers stay on your device. Stickah Pro does not upload them, does not store them remotely, and has no servers or cloud for your media.
This Privacy Policy describes how Stickah Pro LLC (“Stickah Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Stickah Pro iMessage application (the “App”) and the stickahpro.com website (the “Site”).
The App
The App runs on your Apple device. Sticker creation and editing happen on-device and can work without an internet connection. Stickah Pro does not operate App servers, does not require a Stickah Pro account, and does not receive your photos, camera captures, or stickers.
If you send or share a sticker, delivery is provided by Apple’s Messages or FaceTime services and is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Stickah Pro does not receive or retain that content.
Information we collect
From the App: We do not collect personal data. We do not transmit App data off your device to Stickah Pro for storage or later access. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or similar SDKs in the App that collect data for us.
Without limitation, we do not collect from the App: contact information; health or fitness data; financial information; location; sensitive information; contacts; user content (including photos, videos, or messages); browsing or search history; user or device identifiers; purchase history; usage data; diagnostic data; or surroundings or body data.
The App may request Photos or Camera permission so you can select or capture an image for a sticker. Those permissions are controlled by Apple’s operating system. Granting them does not send your media to Stickah Pro.
From the Site: The Site is a static marketing website. It is separate from the App and is not used to store your photos or stickers. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information associated with requests (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL) for security, integrity, and operation of the Site. The Site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.
Our App Store product page states that data is not collected from the App. That disclosure is consistent with this policy.
How we use information
Because we do not collect personal data from the App, we do not use App data for advertising, marketing, analytics, personalization, or tracking.
Technical Site request data, if processed by our hosting provider, is used only to operate and secure the Site.
Tracking
We do not track users of the App. We do not link App data with third-party data for advertising or advertising measurement, and we do not share App data with data brokers.
Sharing
We do not share personal data collected from the App with third parties, because we do not collect such data from the App.
If we share personal data with a service provider in connection with the Site (for example, a hosting provider), we require that provider to protect the information with safeguards no less protective than those described in this policy, and to use it only to perform services for us.
Retention and deletion
We do not retain personal data from the App. Photos and stickers remain on your device until you delete them in the App or using your device controls, or until you remove the App.
Hosting logs for the Site, if retained by our provider, are kept only as needed for security and operations and then deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course.
To request deletion of any personal data you believe we hold (for example, an email you sent us), contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Your choices
You may allow or deny Photos and Camera access in your device settings (typically Settings → Privacy & Security). You may revoke those permissions at any time. Revoking access may limit sticker features that need those permissions; it does not leave Stickah Pro in possession of your media.
Children
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not provide Stickah Pro accounts.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when we post changes. Continued use of the App or Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
